Instructions for Candles & Melts

0

Candlemaker candles are made from wax of vegetable origin, mainly from soybean or rapeseed oil, i.e. from natural renewable resources, such as our wicks, while our fragrances do not contain parabens.

Instructions for Candles in Containers

  •  Before using a “Candlemaker” candle, trim its wick to about 0.5cm.
  • Each once you use your candle, burn until its entire diameter melts, for a more safe and
    correct burning next time.
  • When your candle is nearing its end, let it burn out itself. It will burn as much as possible, remaining safe at the same time.
  • After the candle has burned, pour boiling water into the container and, when its residue rises on the surface, empty it out and wash with dish soap. Then you are ready to place a refill or reuse it as storage or decoration container.
  • Refills of the fragrance of your choice, you can find in our e-shop.

Instructions for Wax Bars - Melts

For a burn of about four hours (i.e a small “reso” candle), cut from 2 to 4 pieces of wax bar or from 1/3 to a whole piece of melt (also depending on the size of your place and the desired intensity of the fragrance). After placing the pieces of wax in the container on top of your diffuser, light the small “reso” candle at the bottom of it. You are ready… your place will be flooded with beautiful aromas in a few minutes!

When the intensity of the fragrance has faded, empty the container of your diffuser with the following procedure and add new pieces of your wax bar or melt.

To clean the container of your diffuser, as long as the wax is still warm, you can use one piece of cotton to absorb it. In case the wax is frozen, either light the small “reso” candle at the bottom of your diffuser until it melts again, and repeat the above, or pour into the container boiling water, leave it for about ten minutes and then spill cold water to remove it.
